Free Initial consultation – up to 15 minutes
Attorney will provide up to 15 minutes free initial consultation, by phone, to determine if you have a legal problem or need requiring legal services, and if so, whether such services are within her area of expertise. Once Attorney offers to provide such legal services to you, if you agree to the same for the work and fees discussed, a retainer agreement will be emailed to you. Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Once you sign the agreement and return it with a retainer fee, Attorney’s legal services commence.

As stated above, an initial consultation is not legal advice. Before any legal advice or legal services are rendered to you, a written retainer agreement must be signed by both you and the Attorney.
