From working at a boutique law firm in NYC since 2011 to opening her own practice in 2018, I have represented individuals and entities at real estate closings, negotiations and sales/purchases of various businesses, formation of entities, lease negotiations, contract negotiations, as well as court proceedings and appearances. I have managed all aspects of residential real estate transactions (purchases and sales), and commercial leasing; I have conducted general civil practice with emphasis on business litigation, real estate, and general corporate representation, including commercial transactions, and contract drafting; I have handled corporate matters such as corporate governance, formation of corporations and Limited Liability Companies, purchases and sales of businesses using asset-purchase transactions and stock purchase agreements. I have experience drafting various types of contracts, such as employment, termination, stock transfers, asset purchase agreements, real property transfers, and settlement agreements.
Additionally, I have experience in landlord/tenant matters. I have represented landlords in all phases of the landlord/tenant relationship from lease signing to termination of lease/eviction. I have helped clients purchase their first homes as well as sell their properties or those they have inherited, walking clients thru every step of the process and having their input along the way. I have helped clients in their dealings with mortgage brokers and lending institutions. Litigation clients have been satisfied with efficient settlements.
